Indonesia Country Coordinator Named
February 28, 2008—USAID/BASICS is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Erlyn Sulistyaningsih as Indonesia Country Coordinator. In this position, Dr. Sulistyaningsih will work with the Ministry of Health, USAID's Indonesia Health Services Project, and USAID/POUZN to support the revitalization of diarrhea case management, including the introduction of zinc for treatment.
Dr. Sulistyaningsih brings a broad range of skills to USAID/BASICS, particularly in training and curriculum development, supervision and mentoring, and design and application of behavior change methodologies in community settings. She has experience working with a number of groups including Mercy Corps, World Food Program, and UNICEF.
